T Sheets is a fabulous product for timetracking.  It is Department of Labor and DCAA compliant.  It records start and stop time stamps and it keeps track of time when when the application is closed.

I tested T Sheets on my file and the set up was pretty straight forward.  I did come across a couple of issues but I was able to get by them with a quick call to support.
